 Code of Conduct-By-Laws

 We, the members of the Traditional Christian Knights, Citizens and probationers of the Invisible Empire, in order to ensure unity of organization, to guarantee an effective form of government, to perpetuate our great institution through patriotic and fraternal achievements, to preserve forever its holy principles; to continue and make vital its spiritual purposes; to achieve its laudable objects; to obtain its lofty ideals; to consummate its mission and promote effectively all things set forth in our Imperial Proclamation, do declare these by-laws as the Code of Conduct for our Order and all things thereof, in lieu of the Original prescript of the Ku Klux Klan. These laws are hereby set forth as the Supreme Law of this Society, and we pledge our voice, our loyalty, our Manhood/Womanhood, and our Sacred Honor to enforce the same. In our endeavor toward the faithful fulfillment of this, our honorable mission, we solemnly invoke the blessings of Almighty God, through his son, Jesus Christ, Our Lord, on behalf of our Country, our Homes, Our Race, and each other, now and unto generations yet unborn. NON SILBA SED ANTHAR!

II.

By-Laws

1) All members of this Order are required to study faithfully the tenets of the Christian Religion, the History of the White Race and their connection to the Israel of God, and the American Constitution, so that we may set an example and educate our kindred people to their heritage and identity.

2) Klansmen of this Order are required to attend at least two out of every four meetings held in their area or jurisdiction unless good reason is given to their local officers in advance.

 3) Klansmen shall in no way act in any manner that would jeopardize the liberty, character or honor of their fellow Klansmen, nor will they cooperate with any authority not authorized by this Order regarding issues that relate to this Order, its principles, ceremonies, practices or other related activities.

 4) Klansmen shall in no way have personal relations with homosexuals (hereby defined as any person who voluntarily has sexual relations with another person of the same gender), Race traitors (hereby defined as any person sexually involved with a person of a different race), or child molestors. These lifestyles are an abomination to the Word of God and should be shunned by true Klansmen.

 5) Klansmen are to act as honorable representatives of this Order, its high standards, principles and character. Klansmen shall not associate themselves with persons involved in criminal organizations, drug dealers or anyone who supports the destruction of America or the subversion of its Constitution.

 6) Klansmen shall strive at all times for perfect unity among fellow Klansmen and will provide assistance whenever possible if needed, whether it be monetary, physical or spiritual, without expecting return or profit from same. Not for self but for Others!

 7) Klansmen shall at all times promote the existence of the family unit, structure, character, and morals, striving toward the education of the young in order to preserve same. At no time shall klansmen fail or neglect to embrace his/her responsibility to their family.

 8) Klansmen shall at all times cherish and honor the American Flag, the Confederate Battle Flag, and the flag of this Order and shall in no way pay tribute to any flag of any other National jurisdiction or non European country.

 9) Klansmen shall study and promote the principles of Klankraft as outlined in the Sacred Kloran of this Order. Klansmen shall not reveal any secret ceremonies of Kraft to individuals foreign to our Sacred Order.

10) Klansmen shall strive diligently to obey all the laws of this Country, both Federal and State when same are not a violation of their religious convictions and the Constitution of this Nation. Klansmen are forbidden from conspiring with other members to commit any illegal act that would jeopardize this Order and their fellow Klansmen.

 11) All documents pertaining to this Order are private property of the Traditional Christian Knights of the Ku Klux Klan and Klansmen are responsible for same when entrusted to them. The loss or failure to safeguard these materials shall be reported to an officer of this Order immediately.

 12) Klansmen shall at all times avoid unnecessary conflicts with individuals or outside forces unless to do so would jeopardize the sanctity and security of self, home or safety of a member or another human.

 13) Klansmen shall study the legalities of literature distribution (provided by each State office) and will not use any unlawful methods of distributing our literature, or violate the rights of other individuals or business when doing same.

 14) Members are required to respond to officers of this Order, and comply with their requests so long as the request does not violate any State or Federal Law or the Constitution of this Order.

 15)  Klansmen are forbidden from spreading gossip or rumors about any other member of this Order. If a member knows of violations by other members, formal charges should be leveled through our board of investigators or any security officer.

 16) One of the primary purposes of this Order the defense and promotion of pure/virtuous womanhood among our Kindred women. Klansmen shall respect women at all times. Physical or mental abuse of women will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate and complete banishment without fear or favor.

17)  Each member, upon entry into this Order, will receive a copy of these by-laws, and will study them. Klansmen will be required to submit a written and signed oath that they have read and understood these laws, and same will be kept on file at the National Office. Any member of the Traditional Christian Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, who commits illegal or intimidating acts towards other races will be banished forever from our association.

 18)  Klansmen should maintain a state of preparedness by having at least one year supply of food and medicine, and should also have adequate weapons and training to defend their homes and nation against intruders and enemies of America and its Constitution.

 19)  Klansmen shall have and show respect for Law enforcement officers, soldiers and any public servant that puts their life on the line for our freedoms and Constitutional way of life.
