SHOCKING FACTS ABOUT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
This year (2006) we have seen several demonstrations in the streets of America, where thousands of Immigrants (both legal and illegal) declare that their rights are being violated by proposed laws designed to tackle the growing problem of Illegal Immigration. The fact that people who enter this country Illegally are not citizens, therefore have no "rights" under our Constitution seems to have missed the attention of these protestors. This article is designed to show that the rights of American Citizens are being violated by the apathy and treason of the United States government concerning the growing illegal immigration problem. Let's look at some of these rights that are being violated.
RIGHTS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
Heather MacDonald of the Manhattan Institute declared that "Gang Crime is exploding Nationally" in her address to the House Judiciary Sub Committee. "Its up 50 percent from 1999 to 2002, and it's going to continue to rise so long as our immigration system remains broken. " She goes on to say, "The percentage of illegal aliens in these gangs is unknown, thanks in part to Sanctuary laws that forbid local police from even inquiring into a criminal's immigration status." She offered suggestive numbers: " In Los Angeles, 95% of all homicide warrants target illegal aliens, and apparently two-thirds of all felony outstanding warrants target illegal aliens.
In the Washington area, violent attacks from gangs have spread from lower class neighborhoods to suburban movie theatres and shopping malls. They have spread outside of major metropolitan areas around the Country to places like Montgomery County, Maryland, Farifax County, Virginia and both suburbs of Washington D.C.
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) says that the criminal Latino gang Mara Salvatrucha (commonly called MS-13) is predominately made up of illegal aliens. Heather MacDonald further states," Considering such numbers, leveraging a criminal's illegal status to have him deported would seem to be an essential weapon against crime, but in cities and counties across the country, police are prohibited from using the most immediate and straightforward tool to get illegal criminals off the streets: THEIR LEGAL STATUS! If a cop in Los Angeles recognizes a felon who has been deported before, knowing, of course, that his presence is a felony, HE CAN'T LAY A FINGER ON THAT FELON." She then gave examples of the American Citizens who have had their most basic rights violated by these Sanctuary laws:
* Four Illegal Mexicans brutally abducted and gang raped a 42 year old mother of two near a railroad at Queens, New York. Three of the rapists had been arrested numerous times for assault, attempted robbery, criminal trespass and illegal gun possession. But pursuant to New York's Sanctuary policy, police never notified Federal Authorities.
* Carlos Barrera, an illegal Mexican, mugged three people, burglarized two apartments, and attempted to rape a five year old girl in Los Angeles. He had been deported four years ago for crimes of violence but reentered. Since reentry, he had been stopped twice for traffic violations, but Federal Authorities were not notified because of the Sanctuary policy.
* Miami Police arrested a Honduran Visa violator for seven vicious rapes. A year earlier, Miami cops had him in custody for lewd and lascivious molestation. But because of Sanctuary policy, police never checked his immigration status. Had they done so, these rapes could have been prevented. [ What about the rights of these rape victims? S.E.]
* Cousins Anecto and Jaime Reyes committed murder and a car jacking, respectively, after returning to Los Angeles from Mexico after deportation. Police had encountered them earlier, and knew of their illegal status. But Sanctuary laws required police to wait until they committed another crime to nab them.
Marsha Garst, Commonwealth's Attorney for Rockingham County Virginia, told the subcommittee, " Gang members are coming in and selecting children at an early age to be the banner carriers, to tell other people about the gang, to pledge their loyalty early. We have instances of children within elementary schools actually beating up other students who had family members or themselves holding up other gang signs.....They're sending these kids to do vandalism, to do break-ins, because they know the juvenile justice system will not be as tough on the children...."
" Chairman John Hostettler ( R-Ind) said, ' Gang crime is a growing problem. Over 631 gang related homicides occurred in 2001, and by 2003, the number of gang killings had jumped to 819. In addition to homicide, gang members have been directly linked to the narcotics trade, human trafficking, document fraud and violent assaults." He cited a report from ICE that said: " The majority of MS-13 members are foreign Nationals in this Country Illegally."
" Miss MacDonald of the Manhatton Institute said, " The failure over the decades to enforce the laws on the books has given rise to the fact that we now have, since 9-11, made no progress in controlling illegal immigration-that is a scandal. A terrorist cannot commit damage on our soil if he's not here. But we have not been able to stop the millions that come across the Border every year. "
WHAT IS OUR GOVERNMENT DOING, AND WHY?
On March 23, 2005, George W. Bush, Mexican President Vincente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin met at Bush's ranch at Waco, Texas, where they adopted the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America." According to a document by the Council on Foreign Relations called " Building a North American Community" [CFR task report #53] http://www.cfr.org/publication.html?id=8102, this meeting was to commit the governments of these three Nations to a plan for the "establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community," with a COMMON OUTER SECURITY PERIMETER. During this meeting at the Bush Ranch, our President committed American tax dollars to Mexico for the use of securing Mexico's SOUTHERN BORDER! Bush also referred to volunteers guarding the Mexican Border in Arizona as "vigilantes." We have to remember the history of the Council on Foreign Relations, which was founded after WWI. The same people who founded this socialist organization had at first tried to ratify the "League of Nations Treaty", but the American Senate refused to ratify it because of fears of World Government. The Marxist Col. Edward Mandell House continued with this agenda until the successful foundation of the CFR, with the help of President Woodrow Wilson. Later, President Franklin D. Roosevelt asked this organization to become advisors in our Federal Government. They have retained this "advisor" status ever since. This organization also gave us the United Nations, which has used our sons and daughters, against the mandates of the American Constitution, to police the world.
The above mentioned document defines NORTH AMERICAN COMMUNITY as " a common economic space.....for all people in the region, a space in which trade, capital and PEOPLE flow freely!" The CFR's integrated strategy calls for a " more open Border for the movement of goods and PEOPLE." It also calls for creating a "North American Preference," so that employers can recruit low-paid workers from anywhere in North America. Never mind American Sovereignty! George Bush Sr. was a Board member of the Council on Foreign Relations in 1979.
The CFR document calls for allowing "unlimited Access" to United States Highways, and demands that we implement the "Social Security Totalization Agreement negotiation between the United States and Mexico. The Intelligence Report of "The Nationalist Times", July, 2006, states on page 19, " The largest Corporate downsizing in US history is now complete, as 47,600 GM and Delphi employees accepted buy-outs and early retirement packages, fulfilling GM's worker attrition goal two years ahead of schedule. As the Nationalist Times has reported previously, GM is in the process of building a huge production plant in Mexico while it continues to decimate its American workforce. "
Corporate sellouts in this Nation want globalization simply because of wealth and profit. On the government side, why settle for rulership of one Nation, when you can spread the wealth of that Nation to other third world countries, and rule them as well. America's National deficit is now in the trillions, and companies are moving overseas by the thousands. Big business profits from this while the price paid by America is the loss of sovereignty.
The most shocking evidence of government treason is described on page 18 of the same July 2006 issue of The Nationalist Times: " The Central Government, Big Business, and the Corporate media are one hundred percent behind the demographic takeover of the U.S. by Mexicans and non white people. The leadership of those opposed to the takeover- who represent roughly 80 percent of Americans-are treated as "extremists" and worse. Just one indicator out of thousands that could be cited as to where everyone stands on the totem pole is illustrated by the list of speakers at LA RAZA CONFERENCE in Los Angeles in early July. La Raza (the Race) is a hard-core Hispanic racist group dedicated to helping bring about the absorption of the Southwest into part of a Greater Mexico. A white separatist group that became influential enough to begin changing the racial demographics of, say, the Northwest, would be endlessly attacked by the media and through contrived lawsuits, if not outright bombed from 18,000 feet by the warlords of Washington, but La Raze is SHOWERED WITH CORPORATE MONEY (see the June issue of The Nationalist Times for a list of corporate sponsors) and feted by the powers that be. The LA conference of La Raza featured none other than Bill Clinton as the opening speaker, joined by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Karl Rove, among others. THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF LA RAZA WAS GIVEN $15.2 MILLION IN FEDERAL GRANTS IN 2005, in other words, American taxpayers are funding their own demise as the system celebrates......"
Lets face it people! This issue is not about tax dollars, or about big business shipping U.S. resources to Mexico, or even strictly about illegal immigrant crime. Its about American Sovereignty! Could it be that our government supports the same agenda as La Raza? Why else would they follow the agenda of the CFR, to establish a North American "Community?" Would this make us one step closer to globalization? Why does the Government ignore the US Constitution and the cries of the American people on this issue?
When we do our Illegal Immigration Protests here in Texas, it does not surprise me to see the hatred toward us coming from the counter-demonstrators, but what does surprise me are the white college kids who show up, as they did at our Midland Texas demonstration with signs saying "For A World Without Borders!" It is clear that colleges are teaching future generations to be loyal to the "Global Community" instead of America. These youngsters view the Nationalist beliefs of our Nations Founders as evil and Racist. What hope is there then, of stopping the mad rush of government to sell out American Sovereignty? Especially when those that are old enough, and do see the problem, are too materialistic and apathetic to get off the couch and speak out to demand our government serve the people!
As the Imperial Wizard of the Traditional Christian Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, I will continue to lead our members in Texas across the nation, to face the hatred and condemnation from lazy, brain dead citizens, in an attempt to convince others that the only way that government will stop this madness, is that if they, as citizens, DEMAND that they close our Borders and restore the Sovereignty that our Nation was founded upon! We are gaining the attention of government officials and candidates, and maybe they will see that this agenda will not be carried out smoothly.
